Position Title: Mask Production Assistant (Paint Mask Materials Production)

Wage: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm (overtime 6:30am-4:00pm)

QPS Employment Group has a great Mask Production Assistant (Paint Mask Materials Production) position available at a company in Franksville, WI. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Mask Production Assistant (Paint Mask Materials Production) Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the operation of the flatbed vinyl cutters to make paint masks.
- Ensure all equipment are properly maintained and is thoroughly cleaned and organized daily.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination for precise handling of vinyl films.
- Ability to use cutting tools to cut vinyl films and packaging (Exacto, box cutter, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds with or without accommodation.
- Ability to understand project specifications and manage budgets and timelines.
- Problem solving skills and work under pressure/deadlines.
- Team player and ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively to team members.
- Excellent computer knowledge and comfortable learning new software
- Motivated to learn and demonstrate ability to adapt.
- Strong attention to quality of workmanship
- Maintain inventory log and daily worklog.

Mask Production Assistant (Paint Mask Materials Production) Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid WI Driver License or dependable transportation.
