PROJECT MANAGER / SENIOR PM

FACADES / METAL PANELS

We are hiring for a leading name in the Nashville construction market. My client is open to candidates from a range of backgrounds including Roofing, Glazing, Building Envelope, Metal Panels and Metal Structures.

You would be honing your craft across commercial projects in the Nashville area and you would have the opportunity to work alongside some of the finest specialists in the metal panels and architectural facades space.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage multiple projects at one time (total number will depend upon size and location)
• Customer defined role, must meet or exceed customers’ expectations for every project
• Review contracts for project requirements and scope of work
• Determine cost-effective plans, budgets, and SOVs
• Maintain all project related documentation, including but not limited to, RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, schedules, billing, job costs, and weekly client reports
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, craft labor, and equipment
• Oversee fabrication, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
