Personality Requirements: Must be 18yrs old Clean Background Check Passion for athletics and youth development Strong ability to communicate and teach sports rules and techniques Enjoys working with children and helping them learn and have fun Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with volunteer coaches, parents, and other staff Energetic, proactive, and enjoys staying busy and involved Job Description - Sport Instructor: Set up game day equipment and fields. Assist coaches with organizing practice spaces. Engage with teams, helping players understand drills and improve skills. Address any questions or concerns from parents on the sidelines. Ensure all players are appropriately dressed and equipped. Conduct a summary review of rules with players and coaches. Officiate games while providing instructional guidance. Help players understand rules and improve their gameplay. Thank all parents, players, and coaches for their participation. Our Sport Instructors are essential in creating a positive and educational sports experience, emphasizing sportsmanship and teamwork.
